Gregg Williams
Gregg Williams, a 35-year NFL coach and Super Bowl-winner, is widely recognized for his innovative defensive strategies and exceptional ability to build championship-caliber teams. After an illustrious career in the NFL, Gregg transitioned his wealth of leadership expertise into the business world, where he now helps elite organizations and executives develop winning mindsets, resilient teams, and achieve peak performance. Through his dynamic speaking engagements, tailored coaching programs, and corporate training sessions, Gregg shares the same leadership principles that drove his success in the NFL, empowering businesses to reach new heights. He also founded the Gregg Williams Foundation to provide education and opportunity to young kids in order to mentor and uplift our future leaders, as well as co-hosting the popular "Come Get Some" show on the Big Play Network.
Blake Williams
Blake Williams, Princeton University graduate and Ivy League champion, is no stranger to unlocking the potential of high-performing individuals and organizations. With over 15 years of coaching experience at both the College and NFL levels, Blake played a pivotal role in leading teams to success, culminating in a Super Bowl victory. Known for his strategic mindset and ability to bring out the best in athletes and organizations, Blake transitioned his expertise from the football field to the financial world, where he now serves as a partner at Lakefront Capital, a prestigious wealth management firm catering to high-net-worth clients and businesses. At Lakefront Capital, Blake applies the same principles of leadership, discipline, and teamwork that fueled his success in the NFL to help clients achieve lasting financial success and navigate complex wealth strategies.
In addition to his role in finance, Blake continues to share his leadership insights as the host of the nationally syndicated "Come Get Some" show on the Big Play Network. With a background that spans championship-winning sports leadership and high-level financial expertise, Blake Williams is a trusted advisor who helps individuals and organizations reach their peak potential both on and off the field.
Christopher Kolenda
Chris Kolenda is a West Point graduate, internationally renowned combat leader, and retired Army colonel who helps CEOs and high-level officials develop strategies, build supportive cultures, and inspire leadership habits for success. His clients, including NFL teams and Cabinet-level officials, have achieved over $100 million in growth. Kolenda’s Task Force developed the only successful strategy in the 20-year Afghan war to motivate a large insurgent group to switch sides. He is the only western military leader to have fought the Taliban in combat and negotiated with them successfully. After his military service, he transitioned to the private sector, applying his "warrior-diplomacy" to help business leaders challenge conventional wisdom and drive innovation. Kolenda has authored notable books, including Leadership: The Warrior's Art (selling over 50,000 copies), The Counterinsurgency Challenge, and the award-winning Zero-Sum Victory: What We’re Getting Wrong About War. His combat strategy was featured in the award winning book and feature film, The Outpost by Jake Tapper. He founded the Saber Six Foundation in honor of six fallen paratroopers under his command. Saber Six supports veterans in turning post-combat stress into growth and long-term success.
Brian Boucher
Brian Boucher is a highly accomplished Wealth Management Advisor and the founder and President of Lakefront Capital, a white-glove and holistic financial planning and wealth management firm for high net worth individuals and privately held businesses. With over two decades of experience, he specializes in helping individuals and businesses develop long-term financial strategies that connect vision to value. As the Wealth Management Advisor & District Director at Northwestern Mutual's Cleveland office, Brian leads a top-performing team that serves diverse clients, including Fortune 100 companies, non-profits, executives, and retirees. His team has been recognized for issuing the most financial plans out of over 8,000 representatives, and he ranks in the top 2% of Northwestern Mutual advisors, with his office listed among the top 10 nationwide. Brian is an active member of Vistage and various business mastermind groups. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching his kids' sports, spending time with his family, and staying active through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and mountain biking. He lives in Bay Village, Ohio with his wife and their four sons.
Rick Rucker
Rick Rucker is a highly accomplished Loan Officer and entrepreneur who has seamlessly blended his passion for real estate with a successful music career. After launching into house flipping, Rick graduated summa cum laude from Kent State University with a BBA in Marketing and Accounting, setting the stage for his distinguished career in the mortgage industry. Since 2005, he has completed over 6,500 mortgage transactions, solidifying his reputation as an expert in real estate financing. In 2022, he founded Equity Capital Mortgage Group, a firm committed to supporting investors, people of color, and women in their real estate ventures, breaking down barriers and creating opportunities for underrepresented groups.
Beyond real estate, Rick has made a significant impact in the music industry, collaborating with stars like Akon, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, and 50 Cent. His work in music promotions showcases his ability to excel across industries, further positioning him as a true trailblazer. With a dedication to personal and professional growth, Rick continues to inspire others while driving success in both real estate and music.
James Amorosi
James Amorosi is the founder and CEO of The Legacy Fund with 35 years of experience in the private equity and hedge funds industry. He has been the CEO of AMO Investment, a private equity and venture capital firm, since 2001. James started his career on Wall Street working on the floor of the New York Mercantile Exchange in the crude oil, heating oil, and natural gas pits. He then became a foreign exchange trader and primary market maker in the vanilla inter-bank and broker market G-7 currency pairs at the largest privately held broker-dealer in commodities, currencies, and debt instruments. He has held senior roles at prestigious hedge funds as a managing director, senior trader, and quantitative systems developer. Transitioning into private equity and venture capital in 2001, he has raised billions of dollars and created numerous philanthropic organizations. James holds a BA in Economics from Rutgers University, NJ.
